All our hosting packages come with access to our CDN (Content Delivery Network). This helps improve website load times for your customers, regardless of where they are in the world. A CDN works by storing cached versions of your websites’ files across the globe at places called a Point of Presence (POP).

With these versions of your website stored across the world it means when your website visitors browse your website they don’t always need to connect to your website in it’s hosted UK data center. Instead they can connect to their nearest POP. Not only is this good because customers can browse the website faster in other countries, but it’s also good for SEO.

To keep the platform operating at 100% we only allow WordPress websites on this platform. If you’re a new customer then we instead recommend you to purchase our standard web hosting, however if you’re already set-up then you can contact us and we can transfer your account to our standard platform at no extra cost.

We pre-install it for you. Simply open your website’s URL, once you have an account, and you’ll be able to finish the installation by configurinng the admin email, your choosen login details and then it’s all done and working! It’s easy as 1-2-3!

Of course. All hosting can be upgraded at anytime. Hosting is a yearly commitment. For customers wishing to upgrade the cost is done on a pro-rata basiss, so it’s just the difference between hosting packages for the remaining time left till renewal.

We backup every website daily and maintain 30 days of backups. That being said, only our Supreme Account comes with free restores. For customers with a Supreme account you can access and manage backups within your control panel. For customers with Lite, Standard and Pro accounts it costs £50+VAT for an emergency restore to a previous date.

We have an online support ticket system, knowledge base and UK based support staff that are available to you when needed. None of our hosting comes with support restrictions. We’re here to help!
