Email accounts come with 10GB storage as standard, spam protection, forwarders and everything you’d expect from a top level host. What is a CDN?

All our hosting packages come with access to our CDN (Content Delivery Network). This helps improve website load times for your customers, regardless of where they are in the world. A CDN works by storing cached versions of your websites’ files across the globe at places called a Point of Presence (POP).

With these versions of your website stored across the world it means when your website visitors browse your website they don’t always need to connect to your website in it’s hosted UK data center. Instead they can connect to their nearest POP. Not only is this good because customers can browse the website faster in other countries, but it’s also good for SEO.

Can I upgrade my hosting account?

Of course. All hosting can be upgraded at anytime. Hosting is a yearly commitment. For customers wishing to upgrade the cost is done on a pro-rata basiss, so it’s just the difference between hosting packages for the remaining time left till renewal.

Are backups included?

We backup every website daily and maintain 30 days of backups. That being said, only our Supreme Account comes with free restores. For customers with a Supreme account you can access and manage backups within your control panel. For customers with Lite, Standard and Pro accounts it costs £50+VAT for an emergency restore to a previous date.

Do you have easy to install apps?

Yes! You can easily install over 70+ apps on our Linux Hosting Platform in seconds. This includes WordPress, Joomla, Magento, OpenCart, PrestaShop, WHMCS, Drupal, Roundcube, BuddyPress and more.

Is Linux Hosting fine for WordPress websites?

If you are needing a WordPress website hosted then our Linux hosting is most defintely suitable. That being said, we would recommend you consider our WordPress hosting instead. Our WordPress Hosting Platform has been built specifically for WordPress websites so has slightly better speeds and more features.

What kind of support do you offer?
